This app was designed during a period of my own heartache and suffering to help my heart heal so I could regain my balance and find a healthy sense of detachment that would bring me peace during a difficult time. It helped me very much. I wanted to share it with you if you if you find you are suffering from any kind of heartache, heartbreak, loss, bereavement or grief so that it may be greatly lessened or let go of completely. May this app bless you with deep peace and acceptance as it has me.
This app works through the process of acceptance or, on the flip-side, through non-resistance to "what is." When we can welcome our desires and our feelings fully, and no longer resist them, they become free to flow, move, and pass through our body and mind freely (remember to BREATHE DEEPLY to help them move; don't hold your breath, as this suppresses feelings). The more we consciously acknowledge, feel, accept, and release whatever we're feeling and desiring, the freer, lighter, and happier we become.
The Letting Go of Heartache app is for anyone experiencing heartache or heartbreak due to any situation or circumstance -- from a breakup or divorce, to the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet, or the loss of a job or one's health. There are many potential causes for grief in this world. This app will help them all.
I don't like to see anyone suffering (what kind of person would?) and I've been blessed to receive and develop a variety of inner tools that have helped me tremendously. It is my hope that this simple app assist you in 'letting go' and bless with greater peace and happiness. It can and should be used throughout the day, every day, to help you dispel your grief, sadness and feelings of heartache and hurt.
This particular app is for quickly healing from heartache and heartbreak specifically, and more titles will be coming soon to help you in all areas of your life. One important element built into this app is what I call the "Do Nothing" Method that came to me after 25+ years of emotional clearing work and coaching. The "Do Nothing" Method combines simple Awareness (of the feeling/desire) + "Doing Nothing" about it for the moment (non-resistance/acceptance) to bring about deep and rapid Release and Freedom from negative emotions and, subsequently, increase inner peace and quiet within minutes or even seconds.
